GRID OF CHANGE officially launches GRID JAPAN DISCORD TOURNAMENT — August 2026, an official community tournament created for Discord communities in Japan.
The tournament is free to join. Grid Competitors can participate in daily League sessions, compete for Final Match qualification, and earn rewards throughout the tournament period.
1. Event Period
From August 10-30, 2026
Note: The event period may be adjusted, extended, or shortened depending on technical conditions and tournament circumstances.
2. Registration Process

Grid Competitors can register at any time during the tournament period.
How to Register
Grid Competitors only need to submit their registration information once through the official GRID OF CHANGE Discord server.
Step 1: Download GRID OF CHANGE.
The game is currently available on Steam, App Store, and Google Play.
Step 2: Join the official GRID OF CHANGE Discord server:

Step 3: Find the “GRID JAPAN DISCORD TOURNAMENT” category and submit your UID in the “UIDを登録” channel.
Step 4: Once your UID is confirmed, you can participate in the tournament.
Registration Information
Please submit:
UID + Name of the Discord server where you received information about the tournament
After registration, the organizing team will add the Grid Competitor’s UID to the tournament system. Only after this process is completed can the Grid Competitor participate.
3. Tournament Mechanics
League Stage
Schedule:
20:00 (UTC+9) – 01:00 (UTC+9) every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday.
After successfully registering, Grid Competitors can participate in the League Stage during the scheduled hours and compete for qualification to the Final Match.
Final Stage
Schedule:
21:00 (UTC+9) every Thursday and Sunday.
How Competitors Qualify for the Final Stage
Thursday Final:
- TOP 5 from Monday
- TOP 5 from Tuesday
- TOP 5 from Wednesday
- 1 special guest
These Grid Competitors will qualify for the Thursday Final.
Sunday Final:
- TOP 8 from Friday
- TOP 8 from Saturday
These Grid Competitors will qualify for the Sunday Final.
Qualification Notes
If the same Grid Competitor reaches the Top ranking multiple times, they will still keep the corresponding qualification slots.
The qualified Grid Competitors will be placed into a bracket. This can give Grid Competitors who reach the Top multiple times an advantage when entering the Final Stage.
The Final Stage will be livestreamed on the official GRID OF CHANGE Twitch and YouTube channels.
4. Rewards
League Stage Rewards
- TOP 1–10: $1 per Grid Competitor
- TOP 1–5: 200 ELM per Grid Competitor (in-game reward)
Final Stage Rewards
Total Prize Pool: $70
The total prize pool will increase if the number of participating players increases.
