The Create Your Own Puzzle event challenge lit up the Grid of Change community with a burst of inventive ideas and fresh mechanics for Puzzle mode. Beyond celebrating standout entries, the event became a true creative playground for players, sparking new concepts and energizing development on Grid’s platform roadmap.
Participants were invited to design a single element, whether a brand-new level, a skill concept, or a special mechanic, then hand-draw or digitally design it and post directly in the Grid of Change group. A prize pool promised 30K GROC to lucky winners.

Two creators rose to the top for both clarity and play impact, each showcasing how player imagination can meaningfully extend Puzzle mode.
Nicky Nanda’s “Neon Monsoon: Fog-Swap Puzzle (8×8)” marries a sleek neon aesthetic with a clever fog-and-swap dynamic that continually reshapes the board. By obscuring information and forcing constant adaptation as tiles trade visibility and position, the concept rewards precise counting, tempo control, and risk management – an elegant blueprint for high-level strategy that still feels intuitive to learn.
Khiro Hito demonstrated deep command of Grid of Change fundamentals by building on a familiar in-game puzzle template and layering in tougher, fair constraints. The result heightens difficulty in teachable ways, pushing veterans to refine their planning while giving newcomers a clear, motivating path to improvement.

The Master Design event showed how co-creation can accelerate meaningful innovation. By spotlighting player-made mechanics and rewarding thoughtful iteration, Grid of Change turns community ideas into fuel for future content, keeping Puzzle mode both challenging and full of surprises.
