GRID has launched a dedicated reporting event aimed at gathering real player feedback to help identify and resolve in-game issues. From 11 December until 23:59 on 17 December (UTC+7), players are invited to participate in Community Report Week and contribute to improving the overall gameplay experience.
How to Participate
To join the event, players can submit their bug reports directly through the official Telegram group:

Each report must include the following information to be considered valid:
- A screenshot or video clearly showing the issue
- Player UID
- A brief description of the bug
- The time when the issue occurred
Only reports that provide full evidence and complete details will be accepted for review.
Rewards for Verified Reports
For every verified bug report, players will receive 5 CASHI.
Multiple submissions are allowed, and each valid report will be rewarded individually.
This initiative encourages the community to actively participate in identifying errors, helping the development team improve system stability and deliver a smoother gameplay experience for all GRID players.
Community Report Week provides an opportunity for players to directly support the enhancement of GRID while receiving in-game rewards for their contributions.
