WHO WILL BE THE GUILD MASTER? — THE NEW ERA OF LEADERSHIP IN GRID OF CHANGE

      The search for Guild Masters has begun in Grid of Change. Phase 1 and Phase 2 open a new era of leadership where strategy, teamwork, and passion define the community.

      Phase 1: The Call for Leaders

      The battlefield of honor has opened.
      Grid of Change has officially launched Phase 1 of its major community event, Who Will Be the Guild Master, calling upon players with true leadership spirit to rise.

      Only 10 Guild Leaders will be chosen to represent the next generation of GRID leadership.
      To qualify, players must meet two requirements:

      1. Own at least 20 Lucky Fountain tickets, symbolizing contribution and commitment to the community.
      2. Share their Guild vision including the name of their Guild, their leadership goals, and how they plan to guide their members toward success.

      Participants are asked to post their entries with the hashtag #GuildLeaderGrid1 in the official community groups.

      Those who qualify will receive a 10 USD Leadership Bonus and an official invitation to Phase 2 of the event.

      The call for leadership begins as ten will rise to represent the next generation of Guild Masters.

      Phase 2: The Test of Vision

      Those selected in Phase 1 will move on to Phase 2, where leadership goes beyond words.
      In this stage, Guild Leaders will demonstrate their ability to organize, inspire, and build real teams within Grid of Change.

      Phase 2 is designed to test collaboration, creativity, and the true meaning of leadership in a digital community. The chosen leaders will be given missions that challenge their communication, planning, and strategy skills, traits essential to guide their Guilds toward greatness.

      Phase 2 will test 10 leadership in action where words meet teamwork.

      The event stands as a symbol of what Grid of Change truly represents, unity, skill, and the power of shared purpose.
