Grid of Change (GRID) takes a board game people have played for 140 years and gives it skills, seasons and a ranked ladder — on a phone, in four languages, against opponents anywhere.
GRID is a Reversi ecosystem: an 8x8 board, two colours, and one rule everyone learns in thirty seconds — flank your opponent's discs and they turn into yours. Every match is a race for the board that usually takes between eight and fifteen minutes.
What makes it a modern game is what sits on top of that rule. Energy builds as you flip discs, and it pays for skills — Charm, Hammer, Boom and Steal — cast mid-match to change a position the board would never allow on its own. The classic game stays intact; the decisions around it get deeper.
The same account follows you everywhere. Progress, rank and inventory are shared across iOS, Android and Windows, so a season climbed on a phone continues on a desktop.
The goal is straightforward: make GRID the place people go to play Reversi on a phone in Southeast Asia, and keep it a place worth staying.
Guilds, leagues and community events are the backbone of the game. Growth follows people who enjoy playing together, not the other way round.
Ranked play is settled on the board. Skills cost Energy earned in the match itself, so a well-read position always beats a well-stocked inventory.
Every mode states what it gives back before you start. What you receive is described in Units and Items, and the conditions are written down in the wiki.
One rule set, five formats — from a quick duel to a full ranked season, solo or with a guild.
Every ranked match moves your ELO, and your ELO decides the league you play in. Seasons reset the standings; the tiers stay the same.
Solo and guild ladders run side by side, with championship brackets at the end of each season.
Rewards in GRID come in two shapes. Units are the in-game currencies; Items are what you use them on.
GROC is the soft currency from daily play and wins. BCR covers premium purchases and events. ELM is mined through consistent play and drives the GRID Vault. CASHI rounds out the set for event entries and exchanges.
Skins, avatars, board effects, frames and skill unlocks. Items are bought from the in-game Shop, won in events, or opened from the bags that modes like GRID Short hand out.
Purchases run through the App Store and Google Play only. There is no web checkout, and no Unit is exchangeable outside the game.
GOCPartner (gocpartner.com) is the account layer behind GRID. Signing in to the game means signing in with GOCPartner, and the same account carries across every platform.
Your GOCPartner account is your GRID identity — same profile, same progress, whichever device you pick up.
Joining collaboration events, following your entries and claiming the rewards they hand out all happen on gocpartner.com.
Partners invite players and receive rewards when their network plays. Every rate and condition is published on the portal before you join.
GRID is developed and operated by KimGoc Studios. The team behind it is small and hands-on: backend and client engineers, business analysts, QC and live operations, shipping updates on a continuous cycle rather than in big annual drops.
The game is live and global, localised into four languages, with Indonesia as the market we invest in most — sponsorships, community meet-ups and tournaments included.
GRID is available worldwide on the App Store, Google Play and Windows, in English, Bahasa Indonesia, Spanish and Japanese.
Learn the rule in thirty seconds. Spend the next season getting good at it.
