GRID GUILD LAUNCHPAD – 100000 ELM TO HELP YOU START A GUILD

GRID officially launches GRID Guild Launchpad, a support program for GRIDians who want to become Guild Leaders but do not have enough ELM to create a Guild.

PART 1 – HOW DOES GRID GUILD LAUNCHPAD WORK?

GRID supports 100000 ELM to help you create a Guild.

If your application is approved, you will have 12 months to return the full 100000 ELM. There is no interest and no extra fee.

While the 100000 ELM has not been fully returned, your Guild Leader Rewards will still be recorded and can continue to accumulate, but you cannot Request Payout for these rewards yet.

Other rewards earned by the Leader and rewards earned by Guild Members are not affected.

For example:

• If the Leader earns rewards from a Solo League or other individual Events → the Leader can still Request Payout normally.
• If a Guild Member earns rewards from a Guild Event → the Guild Member can still Request Payout normally.
• Only the Guild Leader Rewards earned by the supported Leader from Guild Events must wait until the full 100000 ELM has been returned.

GRID Guild Launchpad only affects the Guild Leader Rewards of the person who received the support. It does not affect the rewards of other Guild Members.

After the full 100000 ELM has been returned, the Leader can Request Payout for all accumulated Guild Leader Rewards.

If the Leader still has not returned the full 100000 ELM after 12 months, the Guild will be closed. The Leader will no longer need to return the 100000 ELM, but all unclaimed Guild Leader Rewards will expire.

PART 2 – WHY DID GRID CREATE GUILD LAUNCHPAD?

GRID wants creating a Guild to have real value.

That is why the Guild creation fee in the new stage will be increased to 100000 ELM.

GRID does not make a profit when players use ELM to create a Guild. The higher fee is designed to make becoming a Guild Leader a serious decision for people who truly want to build and lead a team.

But BossDat and GRID Team also saw another problem.

There may be a GRIDian who truly likes leadership; someone who knows how to find people, connect people, motivate them, and really wants to build a Guild of their own…

but they do not have 100000 ELM yet.

If someone never gets the chance to step forward only because they do not have enough ELM, GRID believes that would be a great loss.

That is why GRID Guild Launchpad was created.

GRID is willing to support 100000 ELM so someone can have the chance to start their own Guild, even before anyone knows how far that Guild can grow.

GRID wants to give the opportunity first.

The next 12 months are your time to build your team, find the right warriors, train them, join Events, and show how far your Guild can grow.

If your Guild develops well, you can return the 100000 ELM and receive all of your accumulated Guild Leader Rewards.

The returned 100000 ELM will go back to the GRID Guild Launchpad Pool and can be used to support another Guild Leader.

Today, GRID may use 100000 ELM to help you begin.

Tomorrow, the same 100000 ELM that you return may become the opportunity for another GRIDian to begin their own journey.

If the Leader still cannot return the full 100000 ELM after 12 months, GRID will accept the loss of the ELM it provided; the Guild will be closed, and all unclaimed Guild Leader Rewards will expire.

This is not designed to put pressure on the Leader.

GRID simply wants the program to have a clear time limit, so every opportunity comes with a clear goal and responsibility.

GRID gives you the opportunity to begin. What GRID hopes to see is how you use that opportunity to build a real Guild of your own.

GRID does not only want to create more Guilds.

GRID wants to create more people who are willing to step forward and become Leaders.
