Introducing the GRID 10% Principle

GOCPartner officially introduces the GRID 10% Principle, a community recognition mechanism created to acknowledge the participants who help make GRID tournaments meaningful.

In every tournament, the Champion deserves to be recognized.

But a tournament is never built by the Champion alone.

Behind every Champion are the players who joined, competed, created intense matches, and helped turn the event into something worth remembering.

For this reason, when a tournament has a Champion Prize of 1,000 USDT or more, GOCPartner will allocate an additional 10% of the Champion Prize to form the GRID 10% Pool.

Example:

• Champion Prize: 1,000 USDT
• GRID 10% Pool: 100 USDT

This pool is intended to recognize participants who contributed to the success and activity of the tournament.

First Implementation

For the first implementation of the GRID 10% Principle, the entire GRID 10% Pool will be distributed equally among all participants of the tournament.

This is a token of appreciation for the players who helped create the first season under this principle.

Without participants, there would be no matches.

Without matches, there would be no true Champion.

Since the Champion Prize in this first implementation has not yet reached 1,000 USDT, the GRID 10% Pool for this event will be funded directly from the GOC Team’s program budget, in order to honor the spirit of the GRID 10% Principle from the very beginning.

Future Tournaments

From future tournaments onward, the GRID 10% Pool will no longer be distributed equally by default.

The pool may be allocated based on:

• Each participant’s contribution throughout the tournament;
• Evaluation criteria announced by GOC Team for each tournament; or
• Flexible decisions made by GOC Team to recognize meaningful contributions that may not be fully reflected through fixed criteria.

The goal is to ensure that participants who create greater value for the tournament and the community can be recognized accordingly.

The GRID 10% Principle is built on a simple belief:

“A Champion may stand alone on the podium, but no great tournament is ever built by one person alone.”

As GRID grows, those who help build that success deserve to be recognized as well.

This is more than an additional reward.

It is GOCPartner’s way of thanking everyone who helps make each GRID tournament worth remembering.
