Introduction to GRID Guild System

The GRID Guild System is the unified Guild framework within the GRID ecosystem.

A Guild can participate in multiple Guild-based programs and events, including:

  • GRID 8×8 Guild League
  • GRID Puzzle Guild League
  • GRID Guild ELM Holding
  • Other future Guild Events

A Guild only needs to be created once and will remain permanently in the system.

1. Guild Code

Each Guild is assigned a unique Guild Code by the system.

Example:

Guild Code: 777777

The Guild Code is used to:

  • Search for a Guild
  • Send a Join Request
  • Join Guild-based Events

A Guild Code never changes throughout the lifetime of the Guild.

2. Guild Leader

Each Guild has one Guild Leader.

The Guild Leader is responsible for:

  • Creating the Guild
  • Naming the Guild
  • Registering the Guild for Events
  • Reviewing and approving member applications

The Guild Leader is responsible for building and managing the Guild roster for each Event.

3. Guild Registration

A Guild does not automatically participate in every Event.

To join an Event, the Guild Leader must first register the Guild for that specific Event.

Once registration is completed:

  • The Guild becomes searchable within that Event.
  • Players can send Join Requests to that Guild for the Event.

If a Guild has not been registered for an Event, it cannot be found using its Guild Code within that Event.

4. System Workflow

To provide both convenience and security, the Guild System operates across GRID App and GOCPartner.com.

GRID App

Players use the GRID App to:

  • Search for a Guild using its Guild Code
  • Send Join Requests
  • View Guild leaderboards
  • Participate in Guild Events
  • Play event matches

GOCPartner.com

Guild Leaders manage their Guild through Guild Management:

https://gocpartner.com/guilds/management

Guild Leaders can:

  • Create a Guild
  • Manage Guild information
  • Register the Guild for Events
  • Review Join Requests
  • Accept or Decline members
  • Complete KYC-related management
  • Receive and manage rewards when applicable

5. Joining a Guild

To join a Guild for an Event, players must:

  • Complete KYC on GOCPartner
  • Open the corresponding Guild Event in the GRID App
  • Enter the correct Guild Code
  • Send a Join Request
  • Pay the participation fee if required by the Event

Each player may have only one active Join Request at any time.

6. Member Approval

Join Requests are created through the GRID App.

Guild Leaders review requests on GOCPartner.com.

Guild Leaders may:

  • Accept
  • Decline

A player officially becomes a Guild member for that Event only after being accepted.

7. Guild Lock

Immediately after a player is accepted:

  • Members cannot leave the Guild.
  • Guild Leaders cannot remove members.
  • Members cannot join another Guild.

Guild Lock remains active until the Event ends to ensure fairness and roster stability.

8. After the Event Ends

When the Event ends:

  • Guild Lock is released.
  • Players may remain in their current Guild or join another Guild in future Events.
  • The Guild itself remains permanently in the system and can register for future Events.

9. Notes

  • Each Event may define its own participation fees, rewards, scoring system, and eligibility requirements.
  • Event parameters such as participation fees, schedules, and requirements may be adjusted by GOCPartner when necessary.
  • All decisions made by GOCPartner are final.
